Job Description :

• Will be providing Technical Support to US customers.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft technologies like IIS, SQL and SQL Reporting, SQL clustering, Active directory and Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems including (Windows 2003 and 2008 Server, Windows XP, Vista and 7).
• Superior Researching, Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills.

Skills Required (Mandatory) :

• Active Directory, IIS Server, SQL Server.
• Sharepoint Administration, Active directory, IIS, SQL Server.
