- BE/BTech from 2012 batch (CS/IT/ECE/EEE branches)

- Good Academics and pH score
- No Backlog (must have cleared all his/her previous papers before applying to the job)

- Should any candidate decide to leave SapientNitro sooner than 18 months from the date of joining, he/she will be liable to pay INR 1.5 Lacs to the company.
